This hotel was a wonderful capstone to our stay. The rooms had all new equipment, were spotlessly clean, with chilled scented washcloths in addition to towels, and had free refreshing drinks, apples, and water each day. The property outside our room was beautiful.

The service was amazing. The staff was always courteous, very friendly, and accommodating. We even told them we insisted on calling the police for the view!

The location was stunning, on the cliff with ocean views and right on the beach. It was a bit removed from the rest of Half Moon Bay, but still quick on vehicle return and near the Ritz Carlton.

The dining experience took almost two hours and was cold. We were forced to wait for 20 minutes for a view table when there was an empty table available. It was buffet style due to a power outage.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms were large and extremely comfortable with a fireplace or your outdoor fire pit, which was beautiful, but I'm still waiting to get my money back. The service was cheerful and cordial, but somewhat forced at times. The location was excellent, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, but being roped off for two weddings made it feel crowded. The dining experience was fantastic, though a bit of a wait for a view table was frustrating.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few disappointments. The location was amazing right by the Pacific Ocean, but the space was somewhat limited due to wedding events. The service was nice, though I expected more from a place like the Ritz. The dining was fantastic, but waiting for a table was a downside. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, clean and in excellent condition, with a simple yet enjoyable setup offering a sunset view over the ocean.
